So a question to my fellow bloggers and followers who might be able to help me with this issue….I am having a serious issue with the elliptical machine. Meaning as soon as I get on it, I have a tremendous burning in my thighs (and not in an 80’s rock star kind of good way)
I am on the lowest level, moving slow, and literally after 1 minute my thighs begin to burn to the point of not being able to continue after a few minutes. I even googled it and found one other person who has the same issues as me. One person??? In the world???

Like her, I can do the bike and treadmill, for a while….hills, incline, etc. yet I see people who are heavier than me, older than me jump on and go like lightening without even breaking a sweat.
Help?? What am I doing wrong??
